This position is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations. Successful candidate will direct and coordinate maintenance team members by providing direction, leadership, development, training and support through empowerment and teamwork. Coordinate and work with outside personnel such as contractors and vendors. Insures all department activities adhere to company policies, procedures and philosophies.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- A high school diploma is required.
- Four year degree in a related field or 2-5 years supervisory experience is required.
- Teamwork, communication skills and coaching required.
- Manufacturing, production or processing supervisory experience is preferred.
- Food processing experience would be beneficial.
- Must be able to work any shift.
- Must be able to work seven days a week and long hours.
