U ROCK is an acronym for Recognize Outstanding Contributions Knowingly.

The U ROCK Award is given to many team members each quarter at all of our locations.

The team member chosen to receive this award meets the following criteria:

• Leads by example in productivity, safety, quality, attendance and work ethic
• Is dependable and a self-starter inventive and innovative
• Goes above and beyond regular job duties
