On The Spot Recognition
West Liberty Foods recognizes the importance of motivating, rewarding, retaining, and developing team members.
The On The Spot Recognition Program has been developed to recognize individual and team efforts and to encourage
and empower team members to work and utilize their talents to the fullest.
On The Spot Recognition provides opportunities for supervisors and managers to recognize and reward team members
and teams for exceptional accomplishments and demonstrated behaviors that are aligned to the mission,
vision and values of the organization. This program is designed to give supervisors and managers the flexibility
to reward team members as soon as possible after the noteworthy action.
Areas that may be included in recognition are:
- Customer Service
- Special Projects
- Quality Improvement
- Productivity Improvement
- Cost-Saving Initiatives
- Any other actions that show team members or groups going above and beyond!
